John Fedrick Smith holds a bachelor's degree in Visual Communication with a minor in Psychology and Philosophy. A distinguished professional, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the upcoming panel discussion on mental illness.

 

With a diverse background in creative leadership, de-escalation coaching. His decade of service with the Detroit Police Reserve Unit has provided him with hands-on experience in body language analysis and micro-expression training, enhancing his ability to navigate high-pressure situations effectively. As a youth counselor, John offers a unique and insightful perspective on the complexities of mental health and its impact on individuals and communities.

 

As an Integrated Design Specialist, John has a proven track record of aligning vision with decision-makers and stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions for distinguished brands.
